Package Content

Your booking details will be sent to you by email immediately after your payment is confirmed. Your official travel documents (hotel and activity vouchers) will be sent to your email 3 days prior to your arrival. Your transfers and detailed itinerary remain accessible within your booking confirmation.

Transfers

Arrival: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, after you collect your luggage, with a sign displaying your name.This ensures you have ample time to clear border control and collect your luggage. You will receive all vehicle and driver details (color, license plate, name, and contact details) in advance, as well as an SMS when the driver arrives.

Luggage Allowance: A maximum of 3 suitcases for up to 3 passengers can be transported per vehicle. Vehicles are tailored to the number of passengers. If you have more luggage than expected, a Van must be requested.

Hotels

Paid on-site: The city tax (tourist tax) is not included in the package price and must be paid directly at the hotel. Any use of paid hotel services (mini-bar, restaurant, laundry, concierge services) will incur additional charges on-site.

Check-in / Check-out: Times depend on your selected hotel. We recommend checking directly with the establishment. Luggage storage is generally available if your room is not yet ready, allowing you to leave your bags if your activities take place before check-in or after check-out.

Activities

Languages: Excursions are conducted exclusively in English. For specific activities, audio guides are available in 10 languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, and Korean).

Punctuality: In the event of a delay or a "no-show" at the departure of a tour, no refund will be provided. Most tours begin with a pick-up directly from your hotel to ensure timely arrival.

Air France Flights

Booking

This offer is exclusively available to passengers traveling on Air France flights with a stopover of more than 27 hours at Paris-CDG.

Your flight tickets including the stopover must be booked and confirmed on the Air France website prior to selecting your package on stopover.extime.com (via the link available in your “My Bookings” section).

Flight changes and tracking

For any questions related to your flight, please contact Air France. If a flight modification or cancellation impacts your package, notify us immediately. We will do our best to adjust your package, but we cannot guarantee the full itinerary or the initial pricing.

Your driver monitors your flight in real time and adjusts the pick-up time accordingly. In case of major delays that might impact your activities, please contact us to assess possible adjustments.

Practical Information

Cancellation and modification

Cancellation: Any cancellation made at least 4 calendar days prior to your arrival in Paris is free of charge. After this deadline, cancellations are non-refundable.

Modification: Once your booking is confirmed, hotel or room modifications are not possible. If you wish to make any changes, you must cancel your current package and make a new booking.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 calendar days to the same payment method used for the booking. In the case of a new booking, we cannot guarantee the availability of activities or the maintenance of the initial rates.

Formalities

Visas and Formalities : A visa to enter French territory may be mandatory depending on your nationality. Purchasing an Extime Travel Stopover package does not guarantee visa approval. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with all local customs, police, and health regulations before booking. You may contact the French embassy or consulate for further details.

Luggage Management : You must collect your luggage upon arrival at Paris CDG, regardless of the duration of your stopover. Your bags must then be checked in again before your second flight to your final destination.

Pets : Passengers traveling with pets are not eligible for the Stopover offer.

Reduced Mobility

Transfers: Standard vehicles can accommodate a foldable wheelchair. For non-foldable wheelchairs, an alternate vehicle type must be requested.

Activities: Certain transport modes and visited sites included in the tourist activities are not fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Hotels: Hotels generally offer adapted rooms, which must be requested and verified in advance.

Assistance: Our drivers, transfer agents, and guides are not authorized to provide physical assistance. Therefore, the presence of an accompanying person capable of providing physical assistance is mandatory.
